I am a 1980 graduate of the University of Michigan. I have been practicing the art of smile making in Davison, MI all of my career. I had extensive post graduate training in cosmetic dentistry, conscious sedation, orthodontics and other dental areas. I am a graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for advanced dental studies. I am a member of several professional organizations and study groups.

Rachand - Patient Coordinator/ Registered Dental Assistant

My name is Rachand and I have been a part of Dr. Hale's team as a Chairside Assistant and Patient Coordinator since 2001. I am a 2001 Graduate of the Mott Community College Dental Assisting Program. Lisa - Patient Insurance Coordinator/ Registered Dental Assistant

In July 1990, I joined the practice of Dr. Robert Hale. I have 16 years of Clinical Assisting. A 1990 graduate of Mott Community College and a 1999 graduate of Las Vegas Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry. I have 7 years of Periodontal Clinical Assisting and currently working dual roles as a Patient Insurance Coordinator and Clinical Assistant.

Kimm - Registered Dental Hygienist

I am a registered Dental Hygienist working for Dr. Hale for the past 20 years. I graduated from the Mott Community College Dental Hygiene Program in May of 1986. In 2002 I was trained at University of Michigan to administer Local Anesthesia. I also continue to attend dental seminars and continuing education courses for Dental Hygiene. Tangie - Registered Dental Hygienist/ Registered Dental Assistant

My name is Tangie and I have worked for my father since 1997. I have dual degrees with high honors in Dental Assisting (1997) and Dental Hygiene (2000) from Mott Community College. I have advanced training in Local Anesthetic administration. I have 9 years experience in Orthodontic Treatment in addition to my extensive training in general dentistry. I enjoy helping my patients achieve their cosmetic goals along with their dental health goals.

Gina - Registered Dental Hygienist

My name is Gina Ribai. I joined Dr. Hales team in September 1999. Technology today helps dental procedures be less time consuming and less painful. In our office we utilize new technology. I use a state of the art dental cleaner that uses sound and water to clean you teeth, this means less or no scraping on your sensitive teeth. I feel that dental treatment should be as painless as possible and I will strive to help you feel comfortable. I routinely use Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) to help you relax. I can anesthetize you or if you would prefer, we can sedate you, even for cleanings. Come and visit with me. I will listen to you, your concerns and help you achieve your vision of dental health.

Cindy - Registered Chairside Assistant

My name is Cindy and I have been part of Dr. Hales team as a Chairside Assistant for the last 16 years. I am a 1990 graduate of Mott Community College Dental Assisting Program, where I was the recipient of the Max Hart Award for academic excellence in Dental Assisting. I am dedicated to perfecting my skills in dentistry by attending many continuing education programs; including several courses of the world renowned, Las Vegas Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry.
